The Kin Game is a pilot game being used as a research tool. It should be viewed as a snippet of a potential larger game that could explore more aspects of living with a chronic condition. The levels included in this pilot have been specifically designed to evoke different experiences and responses. We would like to understand how players experience the game and whether playing a game about living with a chronic condition may influence feelings, understanding and attitudes. There are no right or wrong answers; we are interested in your personal response to the game. Playing the game and completing the accompanying survey should take approximately 20–25 minutes.

The game is best played on a laptop, desktop PC or Mac as it is currently not compatible with mobile phones or tablets.
